Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use MarginMind. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at signup and for keeping your account credentials secure. One person or legal entity per account; pricing and SKU caps are enforced against the account, not the visitor.

You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of MarginMind; not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure except under a written authorization; not to resell access to MarginMind without our written permission; and not to use MarginMindto facilitate fraud, harassment, or the violation of any marketplace's terms of service where your catalogs are listed.

All trials are governed by the same 2-day no-card window. The trial runs before any plan is selected; if you start with a card on file, the tier you chose at signup is billed when the trial ends. If you start without a card, your account moves to a past-due state at the end of the trial and live repricing stops until you add a card and pick a plan. All charges are denominated in U.S. dollars and processed by our payments partner Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

Once your trial ends and your account moves to a paid Starter, Growth, or Scale plan and is actively using MarginMind, the corresponding charges are final and non-refundable. Cancellations end billing at the end of the current billing cycle but do not refund charges already incurred; we will not prorate partially used periods.

Charges for accounts cancelled before the trial conversion date remain free — the card is never charged for a trial that was cancelled in time. We do, however, retain the right to reverse a charge that did not correspond to genuine use, or to resolve billing errors and duplicate charges on a case-by-case basis. In short: cancelling stops future charges, it does not undo past ones. You will see the no-refund clause surfaced in a confirmation step at every paid-conversion point (trial signup with a card, in-place upgrade, and tier switcher) so the policy is visible before you commit.

You may cancel any time via the Stripe-hosted Billing portal, accessible from the dashboard. Cancellation is allowed at any point during a paid cycle and stops future charges; per the no-refunds clause above, it does not refund charges already incurred for active paid usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarginMind's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the larger of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) USD one hundred. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date below, notify active account holders via the email-on-file, and post the revised version at this URL. Continued use of MarginMind after the revised effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
